I was first introduced to yoga back in my uni days and was hooked ever since. Yoga is my daily dose of clarity and I'm constantly in awe of the practice and its ability to provide exactly what you need in the moment. I offer a creative, earthy and nourishing flow.

Teaching & Certification

  • 350 hours Advanced Diploma of Yoga with Australian Yoga Academy (Vinyasa)
  • 300 hours with Sampoorna Yoga (Vinyasa Flow)

Teaching Style

  • Adjustments/Assists: I definitely like to salt and pepper my adjustments through the room :)

  • Theming: Love a good theme in a yoga class. For me, it rounds off the practice and makes it more than just the asanas. I really like to theme about things that are relatable in my life. Lately, I have been threading themes of perspective, presence and acceptance in my classes.

  • Sequencing: I always change up how I find my sequences. Sometimes I am inspired by another class I've been too, other times I just get on the mat and move my body to see what feels good that day. Working to a peak pose is always fun too!

  • Music: Music, music, music. Can make or break a class for me! Love smooth, electro vibes.

As a yoga teacher, what inspires and motivates your teaching?

I love what the practice of yoga does for me on a physical, mental and spiritual level. I teach because I want to share this magic with others. My inspiration often comes from podcasts, books, music, yoga, quotes.. the list is endless!!

How has your own yoga practice evolved since becoming a teacher?

I used to practice yoga as my work out and wanted to get the most strength out of the class. Now, I love to practice a super juicy slow flow where you can really go deep and open up.

Do you have any yoga teachers that you admire and/or look up to? Who are they?

Soo many amazing yoga teachers in Melbourne! I am always in awe of Amy Coghlan's classes! Mandy O'Keefe and Rowie Geraerts are amazing and my go-tos.

For those of us that haven't practiced with you before, what can we expect from your classes?

I love introducing something different in all of my classes, whether that is a new pranayama, asana or transition. I try to keep things fresh and interesting for myself and for my students! I love to teach an juicy, earthy, nourishing practice.

What type of class could you teach all day, everyday and why?

Sloooooow flow. I love the peaceful but strong energy you can create during this mindful practice.

Do you practice any other form of movement or fitness besides yoga? If so, what kind?

After only running and yoging for the past forever. I have recently made the move to dark gym side and surprised by how much I've been LOVING a HIIT or circuit training session. It is a completely different way to move your body, but in a great and challenging way!

What's your go-to spot in Melbourne to get inspired?

A cute cafe, the beach or taking a walk along the river are definitely my happy places.. cliche, I know!

I am in the sunshine with an amazing group of friends.

And lastly because it's fun, what animal do you identify with?

A koala - eat, sleep, repeat :)
