Once I learned that Yoga existed, I realised that I'd already been living it since birth. It's limbs deeply entwined in my soul. Therefore, my pull towards the practice was already quite unbreakable.

From isolation and crippling anxiety to loving kindness and heartfulness, it didn't take long to realise that I wanted to give this ancient and healing practice that is yoga to all that cross my path. My intention is that you leave feeling a little lighter every time.

Teaching Style

  • Adjustments/Assists: Absolutely, if I am welcome. I am qualified in assisting, adjusting and basic Zen Thai Shiatsu massage/bodywork.

  • Theming: Every class is different according to the needs of the students and seasonal patterns.

  • Sequencing: A well-balanced meal of asana, meditation, pranayama, anatomy, energetics, ayurveda, philosophy, mudra and mantra. Mind, body and soul all nourished and full of joy.

  • Music: It's a surprise! :D

As a yoga teacher, what inspires and motivates your teaching?

Other teachers who bring me home to myself. And Ayurveda, which brings me home to Terra Madre.

How has your own yoga practice evolved since becoming a teacher?

It's cracked my heart wide open! Infinite love and devotion for the practice itself and those who bring their energy as a contribution to everyone's experience. I see Yoga EVERYWHERE!

For those of us that haven't practiced with you before, what can we expect from your classes?

Being addicted to the slow life, my teaching style is slow, strong, balanced and a little cheeky.

What type of class could you teach all day, everyday and why?

Private lessons. Such a gift to give your full attention and time to another special being, intuiting their needs, connecting on a deeper level and creating space for them to find their way.

Also, a die hard lover of Vinyasa and Yin. Infinitely creative and healing.

What's your go-to spot in Melbourne to get inspired?

Stained glass ceiling at the NGV.

Everyone knows something I don't.
