We are inspiring, uplifting instructors that are with you through every deadlift and downward dog.

Set amongst one of Melbourne’s best inner-city suburbs for shopping, dining, coffee and sport, you can escape the hustle with a CORE+ class before diving right back in to the action. With two studios that include both reformer pilates and mat classes, the lofted space is bathed in natural light, with modern facilities, polished concrete floors and great for public transport. Preparing for Your Class

When You Arrive:

  • Aim to arrive 15 minutes early so you have plenty of time to meet the instructor, get changed and have a stretch beforehand.
  • Registered online beforehand? High five to you! If not, that’s OK too. Chat to your instructor who will ask you to fill in a serious-looking form and then activate your pass for next time.

What to Bring:

  • We recommend light and comfortable clothing that won’t hold you back – leggings or shorts and a tank is perfect.
  • No shoes required, all our classes are done barefoot.
  • Be sure to bring a bottle of water and a towel – you’re gonna need it! Both available for purchase at the studio too.

Behind the Studio: Amy King

Tell us a little bit about how your yoga journey began.

I went to my first heated yoga class in Melbourne in 2002 and instantly fell in love with it. I often reflect on that class as it really changed my path in life. I loved the way yoga combined physical movement and mindfulness to regenerate the body. After a few years of being a consistent student I made the decision to travel overseas and undergo my first Yoga Teacher Training. I became addicted and have not stopped studying yoga and pilates since.

What inspired you to take the leap and open up your own studio?

It was really my passion for yoga and pilates and wanting to share it with others. I set myself a mission to help everyone become a healthier and stronger versions of themselves and opened my first studio in 2010.

Speaking of inspiration, what words do you live by? Name your personal or professional motto.

Inner-strength is a thing! It comes from within, from our ability to cope with stress, adversity and the challenges life throws at us – to bounce back stronger, wiser and more resilient.

What sort of experience are you looking to cultivate when someone steps foot inside your yoga studio?

We want all our clients to leave feeling strong, sweaty and satisfied!

With our specifically curated playlists for each class format, our beats will leave you feeling energised from start to finish, leaving you wanting more!

While we're in the neighbourhood, what local spots should we check out before or after class?

We're all about re-fueling and repleneshing post-class and we love a few of our favourite cafes in the area! A coconut expresso bomb at Serotonin Dealer, the Nourish Bowl at Touchwood, or a green juice by our friends at Top Paddock.

Lastly, what are you most proud of when it comes to your studio and/or your community?

Our Instructors! They’re the ones making the magic happen.
