At Bliss Yoga & Wellbeing, we make yoga inclusive within our beautiful, light-filled space that is friendly, warm and welcoming to those of all skill levels from novice to enlightened.
We respect the tradition of yoga and our teachers use both Sanskrit and English side by side when teaching postures. We educate students on the benefits of the asanas as they practice.
We both have backgrounds in the corporate world, in Marketing and Finance. Whilst neither of us are teachers yet we are both passionate yoga students and saw an opportunity for ourselves to build a wonderful community for like-minded people to escape the rat-race of the everyday.
We wanted to build something for ourselves that we could be proud of, but we also wanted to build a sanctuary for others to enjoy.
We designed Bliss to be like a day spa for the soul.
Manifesting your dreams doesn't mean setting an intention, then sitting back and waiting for your dream appear, it means having a solid vision of your dream, then working diligently to see it come to fruition.

We leave the music up to the discernment of each teacher, we trust their judgement in choosing music that supports their flow.

We are so proud of the beautiful space that we have created. We love to watch the reactions of new students when they reach the top of the stairs for the first time and take in the space. We are also proud of making the studio inclusive to all, which has resulted in a high percentage of male students. Lastly, we are also very proud of our weekly donation based Community Class, proceeds of which are donated to Headspace.
