All for One is a warm and friendly wellness studio, striving to help people discover health, purpose and meaning. Created to bring together a team of the best healthcare professionals in their field to encompass a total health destination - Physiotherapy, Psychology, Nutrition, Yoga, Pilates, Massage, Meditation & Mindfulness.

At All for One, we know that you cannot have physical health without mental health and vice versa. We also know that healthcare should be preventative rather than reactive.

Preparing for Your Class

When You Arrive:

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before class if it is your first time, as you will need to fill out paperwork
  • There's plenty of parking; 25-30 spots available for All for One guests
  • Please walk up to counter on arrival to sign in

What to Bring:

  • No equipment or towels required
  • You are welcome to wear anything they are comfortable in!

Behind the Studio: Nadine Scott

Tell us a little bit about how your yoga journey began.

I attended my first yoga class 10 years ago and since then have had a completely different relationship with my mind and body. As someone who struggles with anxiety, I have tried multiple remedies and found mindful movement through yoga to be my ultimate medicine. Health and Wellness has always been a great interest in my life. Even at secondary school studying English and Legal, I would often embed meditation through my classes, reading and learning to extend my knowledge of health at every opportunity I could.

After seeing the results yoga, meditation and movement did to my overall wellbeing I wanted to share this and grow a community. I started by creating FLY FOUNDATION (FLY stands for First Love Yourself) for young females across the Northern Suburbs to attend free yoga class as well as other health related workshops. I then met my husband Richard who is a Physiotherapist and became very aware of the issues surrounding Chronic Pain and the need for a holistic methodology to healthcare. We joined our passions and created a wellness sanctuary which can cater for health concerns using multi-disciplinary approach.

What inspired you to take the leap and open up your own studio?

Why not! If you have a dream and you are willing to put in hard work and believe in your cause then it would be a shame not too. Our strong desire to help people, to bring joy to their lives and to support their journey in achieving goals and building a life of purpose and meaning is what I strongly believe is our calling.

Speaking of inspiration, what words do you live by? Name your personal or professional motto.

Our professional motto is 'Delivering health, purpose and meaning.'

My personal motto is 'True fulfilment to me is to laugh often and much, to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children. To leave the world a bit better. If one life has breathed easier because you lived, that is to have succeeded.'

What sort of experience are you looking to cultivate when someone steps foot inside your yoga studio?

A warm, friendly and inviting atmosphere. To feel as though you are in a sanctuary, leaving your worries out the door and discovering a real sense of belief in yourself. That today the possibilities are endless, you're one step closer to achieving your goal, you're doing something for you, you're connecting with like-minded individuals, you're completely supported, encouraged and not judged. You're worthy of happiness and good health.

Our beautiful instructors are not only challenging and motivating, but inspirational, understanding and supportive. Our front of house provides outstanding hospitality where every client feels as free as they do in their own lounge room. We offer a snack bar of healthy treats and our custom tea to all guests. Our gorgeous pup Yogi is always happy to welcome our guests with lot's of love and affection. Our beautiful greenery embedded through the entire studio, the open space and neutral colours allow people to feel free of clutter, refreshed and at peace.

Describe the kind of music your teachers play during class. What's the music vibe like?

Uplifting, unique, soothing, inspirational. It does differ depending on the style of class.

If you could collaborate with someone on a dream project, who would it be and why?

Anyone like-minded and experts in the health field! We're always open to learning and sharing with people of the same values.

Lastly, what are you most proud of when it comes to your studio and/or your community?

Making a real difference to people lives, connecting with people, creating a real sense of community.
