Join Amy Dunstan for a luxurious weekend of nourishment and deep restoration during the middle of winter. This two day retreat is set in the picturesque Yarra Valley over the 2019 winter solstice.

The solstice marks the midpoint of winter and brings with it the shortest day and longest night of the year. While this time of year can sometimes leave us feeling drained and uninspired, this weekend is an opportunity to reawaken your inner fire and celebrate the cosy darkness of winter.
Together we will embrace the shorter days and longer nights as a time to replenish our bodies, warm our souls and most importantly let the body deeply REST.
Over the course of the weekend we will gently nourish the body with a combination of slow flow yoga, yin yoga, meditation, pranayama and yoga nidra practises. These practises will allow you to dive deep and warm yourself from the inside out during the cold of winter. Our practises will also slow the nervous system, calm a busy mind and restore the body to it’s natural state of HEALING.
Outside of the yoga room we will enjoy delicious fine foods, mindfully walk through natural surroundings and simply take some time out. There is also an option to add a sneaky massage or private yoga session to your stay if you would like to truly indulge. Plus our weekend is located at the renowned Yarra Valley Lodge, so there will be plenty of time to explore our boutique 4.5 star accommodation.
Providing the perfect balance of wellness and indulgence, this retreat includes both nourishing physical activity and time to UNWIND. A beautiful way to realign and re-energise in the middle of winter and welcome the longer and lighter days ahead.
